Returns

Return Policy

  • When returning some items within an order but keeping some items worth a total value of at least $100 USD, customers will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
  • When returning some items within an order but keeping some items worth a total value of at least $50 USD, customers will be responsible for only the return shipping cost.
  • When returning an entire order, customers will be required to pay all shipping fees, i.e. shipping costs for the arrival and return of the items.
  • Special offers may be given during event periods.

Making a Return

  • Returns must be requested via email within 5 business days of receiving the item(s).
  • Emails can be sent to our customer service team at cs@oroshe.com and must include the following information, (i) your order number, (ii) the item(s) you want to return, and (iii) the reason for returning the item(s).
  • You will be sent an email with instructions on how to return your item(s), based on your country.
  • Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a refund via the original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) within 1-2 business days.

Return Cost

  • Oroshe offers a flat rate of $5 USD for return processing. 
  • Special offers may be given during event periods.

    Non-returnable Items

        • In order for an item to be returned, it must be in its original condition, without fragrance and makeup residue, unworn, and unwashed.
        • Gifted items must be included in the return.
        • All tags, including hang tags, must be attached.
        • Sale items are not eligible for return.
        • Discounted items are not eligible for return, however items purchased using a discount code may be returned.
        • Due to hygiene concerns, all accessories including jewelry, headbands, hats, underwear, hosiery, belts, footwear, socks, and bodysuits, are not eligible for return.
        • All swimwear must be in its original condition. Items that have been discolored due to lotion, sunscreen, oil, or chlorine are not eligible for return.

              Defective Items

              • Contact customer service at cs@oroshe.com about incorrect or defective items within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please include photos of the defective item.

              Exchanges

              • Oroshe does not offer exchanges and only accepts refund requests
              • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order.
